ESOP Appraisal

In our appraisal approach of privately closely held ESOP companies, our appraisers have applied IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60, and amendments thereof, and accepted Industry Guidelines to determine the appropriate methods for establishing the fair market value of a company.

Our appraisers are members of the National Assoication of Certified Valuation Analysts, and we continue to research and apply the most current and accepted valuation methods used for ESOP Companies.
